DESCRIPTION:Have you stayed fit for the first six months of the year?  Well\, keep on going or start all over!  Muratie is the base for some of the most beautiful trail systems in the Western Cape as part of the Simonsberg Conservancy. \nThe first event with Capestorm as a title sponsor – the gear will be for sale and up for grabs at the lucky draw! \nGENERAL INFO:  Pre-entries will receive the discount and a medal & drink to all finishers! A refreshment station on both routes with Powerade\, fruit & jellies will keep runners hydrated.  Stay for the prize giving where lots of prizes are to be won including wine from the estate and great Cape Storm products. Coffee will be for sale from early morning.  The restaurant will be open for breakfast & lunch – make sure you book! \nVENUE: Muratie\, Simonsberg Conservancy\, Stellenbosch \nREGISTRATION: From 08h00 \nSTART TIMES: 12km 09h15 7km 09h30 \nCOST: Pre-entries (closing 21 June) \n\n7km – R115\n12km – R135\n\nAll PRE-ENTRANTS who are under 18 years of age will pay the only R50 entry fee!
