SUMMARY:Winelands Yogathlon
DESCRIPTION:Join us for something different in the Winelands\, Dirtopia has partnered up with Nicci from Riverside studio\, Stellenbosch to host the third Winelands Yogathlon on Delvera in January 2018. \nWe will start off with a 7km run (with the option of the 5km route) of marked routes\, followed by a 45 minutes yoga session and finish off with a short meditation.  Fitter runners can also do a longer route of 12.5km if they prefer. \nVery cool prizes to be won in a lucky draw. Have a look at the yoga mats for sale in the Trail Centre: \nNext Dates: 1 July\nVenue: Dirtopia Café\, Delvera Farm\, R44\, Stellenbosch\nRegistration: from 8h00. Coffee will be ready in the Cafe.\nStart Time: Start 08h30 \nWe will start the yoga session at around 10h00\, therefore\, you able to time what time you would like to arrive and start your run. \nThis is a relaxed event with no time pressures. \nCost: R150 per person includes a permit for the run\, a self-help refreshment station on route & at the finish\, plus the yoga & meditation session and lucky draw. \n\n\nLate entries will be accepted at R180 from 8 am on Sunday morning at the Trail Centre.
