DESCRIPTION:Join us as we celebrate the return of Spring with an open-air\, family-friendly concert of live music and picnics at our scenic Wellington amphitheater on Saturday\, September 10. \nPlayfully titled Diemersfontein Piekniek Oppie Plaas (Diemersfontein Picnic on the Farm)\, the event features performances by popular musos\nRicus “Boerepompie” Nel and Ruan “Ruki” Theron. \nAny hunger pangs will be satiated by a selection of food trucks and stalls catering to a variety of tastes. We will also offer “Graze Boxes” – a picnic for two – that may be ordered beforehand\, or you can compile your own picnic by shopping at Diemersfontein’s PROE-deli stall. \nIt will come as no surprise then that a dedicated children’s play area with a variety of fun activities has been set out for this event. And there will be childminders for kiddies between 3 and 12 years of age.
