DESCRIPTION:FALKE KLAPMUTS CUP TRAIL RUN TRAVERSES SCENIC TRAIL NETWORKS\n\nThe Klapmuts Cup Trail Run presented by FALKE at Delvera on Sunday\, 15 October offers access to one of the oldest and most scenic trail networks in the Cape with spectacular views from Klapmutskop. \nWith four distances to choose from\, you have no excuse to miss out on a lovely spring morning run in the Winelands. Registration starts from 06h45 at the Dirtopia Trail Centre and Café.  Staggered race starts will see the 15km runners set off at 08h00\, 12.5km at 08h15\, 7.5km at 08h30 and the 5km at 08h45.  The long-distance runners will be competing for the coveted Klapmuts Cup trophy. \nPre-entries \nThis can be done online at www.dirtopia.co.za until Thursday\, 12 October at R90 for the 5km\, R110 for the 7.5km\, R125 for the 12.5km and R130 for the 15km\, while late entries on event day will cost an extra R50. \nMore about the Falke Klapmuts Cup Trail\nRunners will be able to enjoy traversing sections of stunning single and jeep tracks. Longer routes will be turned around from the normal direction of previous runs and offers great climbing on jeep track through the vineyards towards Klapmutskop with rewarding single-track trails and scenic Wineland views of Table Mountain.  Novices and families can opt for the shorter circle track through the vineyards and around the farm dams with lots of birdlife.   The 5km circles through the vineyards and around the farm dams with lots of birdlife. \nThe timing for all events will be done with Amarider Trail Tags.  Tags can be rented or bought from the Dirtopia Trail Centre.  Medals will be awarded for the three long-distance finishers.  Prize giving and a lucky draw with wonderful prizes from FALKE will take place around 10h00.  The Dirtopia Café will be open all day for breakfast\, lunch\, and coffee. \nThe latest FALKE running\, cycling and hiking sock ranges are available at the Dirtopia Trail Centre as well as online at www.falke.co.za so be sure to pop in or get a complete range overview online. \nFollow us on Twitter @FalkeSA\, on Instagram falke_sa and FalkeSA on Facebook for the latest news and fun competitions and promotions.
