Located at the foot of the Klein Drakenstein Mountains, between Stellenbosch, Paarl, and Franschhoek, Lynx Wine Estate is one of the smaller boutique wineries in the region.
The family?run farm is committed to hand-crafted winemaking—from hand?harvested grapes in sustainably tended vineyards to open?tank fermentation and traditional basket-pressing methods.
Under the guidance of cellar master Pierre Louw and a dedicated team, Lynx produces a range of expressive wines that reflect their origin. They employ Vertical Shoot Positioning (VSP) for optimal sun exposure, then age reds in a blend of steel and French oak barrels to enhance structure and character. The estate’s mission is to craft memorable wines that truly embody their unique terroir.
