Longridge Wine Estate, nestled at the foot of the Helderberg Mountains in Somerset West, is a leading biodynamic and organic wine estate in the Cape Winelands. Established in 1992, the estate spans 50 hectares, with 25 hectares dedicated to vineyards. Under the stewardship of cellar master Jasper Raats, Longridge produces wines that reflect a deep respect for nature and the environment. The philosophy at Longridge is rooted in producing world-class wines naturally, without the use of commercial yeasts, enzymes, fining agents, or filtration methods. This approach allows the wines to express their true terroir, capturing the essence of the land in every bottle.
