Darling Cellars, established in 1996 near the village of Darling, thrives in the cool West Coast climate with unirrigated bush vines on decomposed granite soils. It’s known for producing terroir-driven wines—Chenin, Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz, and Pinotage—as well as MCC and dessert styles.
The cellar welcomes families with a child-friendly restaurant and picnic lawn, complete with playgrounds and pet-friendly spaces.
