It’s paired with seasoned butter popcorn\, dusted with Kala Namak Salt\, an Indian mineral salt with a pinkish-grey colour. \nFleur Du Cap Chardonnay with Green Olive Tapenade\nThis full-bodied Chardonnay is smooth\, rich and layered\, finishing off with subtle mineral linearity. This wine is paired with green olive tapenade which brings forward the woody characters reminiscent in this superb wine\, whilst the olive oil compliments on the smooth rich butterscotch taste that lingers in the back\, making you crave for more. \nFleur Du Cap Merlot with Carpaccio of Beef\nThe Merlot has a deep ruby colour with a bright hue. On the nose\, it shows multiple layers of dark fruit such as plum and blackcurrant with a hint of oak spice. Perfectly paired with carpaccio of beef\, blushed tomato\, horseradish crème and micro herbs. This dish is accompanied by Khoisan Salt from South Africa’s West Coast\, a fine grain sea salt of the purest quality. \nFleur Du Cap Cabernet Sauvignon with Duck Rillette\nThis complex Cabernet Sauvignon has a dark deep colour and concentrated aromas of Christmas cake\, blueberry and violets with hints of cassis. The strong flavours present in the duck rillette brings forward the subtle nuances of lead pencil shavings and complex oak notes of the wine. The dish is paired with Oryx Desert Salt\, South Africa’s own natural white crystal salt. \nNoble Late Harvest with Homemade Red AlaeaFudge\nThe lovely balance between sweet and fresh acidity of this Noble Late Harvest stands up well to a fairly sweet dessert. DESCRIPTION:Over the past eight years\, the STBB4GOOD MTB Challenge has become one of the most popular mountain biking events and a “must do” on the Western Cape MTB calendar. In 2016 we added the STBB4GOOD Twilight Run to our weekend of family activities. To date\, we have donated over Ri 400 000.00 to our beneficiaries. In 2018 this equated to 81 corrective surgeries for children with cleft lips 2011 – 2018 and palates through our partner and beneficiary\, MilesforSmiles. Riders 250 -1850 STBB specifically created both events to allow us the opportunity\, as a firm\, to raise awareness of different needs 2016 – 2018 in our communities and to address these needs!
