The estate’s sun-dappled terraces and indigenous fynbos backdrop reflect its commitment to ecological harmony and purity.
Certified organic, Silvermist cultivates classic Constantia varieties—Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon—alongside a small dessert-wine component. Every vine is nurtured with biodynamic respect, yielding wines that speak clearly of site, climate, and natural terroir.
Winemaking here follows an uninterrupted path from vine to bottle, embracing minimal intervention to preserve the delicate expression of the mountain slopes. The result: elegant, characterful wines with fresh acidity, vibrant aromatics, and a distinct Constantia signature.
