Springfield Estate is a family-owned wine farm established on the R317 near Robertson, tracing back to a ninth-generation French Huguenot lineage.
Guided by the motto?“Made on Honour,” they embrace minimal intervention, gravity-flow winemaking—whole-bunch fermentation with native yeast in century-old cement tanks, and unfiltered bottling.
The cellar, established in 1902, supports long barrel and bottle ageing, producing expressive varietal wines including Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, MCC, Cabernet Sauvignon, and artisanal reds showcasing terroir and tradition.
