PaardenKloof Estate is a boutique, cool-climate winery set on the foothills of the Babilonstoring Mountains near Bot River, about 4?km from the Atlantic Ocean.
Nestled within the Kogelberg–Overberg biosphere, the 1?430?ha estate includes 38?ha of premium vineyards producing single-site, small-batch wines that express the unique mountain and fynbos terroir. They also steward indigenous fauna—Nguni cattle, organic sheep—and host free-roaming leopards within pristine fynbos areas.
PaardenKloof offers a refined portfolio: Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and forthcoming MCC, Chenin, Chardonnay, and Rosé. Signature bottlings like Ecology Sauvignon Blanc, Ecology Shiraz, Morning Song Pinot Noir, and limited-reserve Ancient Shale Cabernet Sauvignon showcase elegant structure and sense of place.
They also operate the Bot River Hotel tasting room, offering scenic wine tastings and premium food pairings in a relaxed atmosphere.
