Their 11?ha Olifants River flood?plain vineyards grow Rhône-style varieties—Syrah, Mourvèdre, Viognier, Grenache (red & blanc), Roussanne, Marsanne, Carignan, Colombard, Cabernet Sauvignon, etc.
Wines are naturally fermented, matured in older French oak, then bottled unfined/unfiltered with minimal sulphites—designed to express both terroir and authenticity.
