Nestled at the foot of Groenberg Mountain in Wellington, Jacaranda Wine Estate is South Africa’s smallest registered estate, with just 3.2?ha under vine, producing around 20,000–25,000 handcrafted bottles annually.
The estate, named for its vibrant jacaranda trees, is family-run and focuses on sustainable vineyard management, natural fermentation, low sulphites, and careful barrel selection.
Guests can relax in the peaceful Jacaranda Cottage or Chai Holiday House, enjoy guided cellar and vineyard tours, stroll through the garden, or pick fruit by the swimming pool, and taste varietals including Chenin Blanc, Viognier, Chardonnay, Shiraz, and Mourvèdre.
