Landskroon Wine Estate, perched on the southwestern slopes of Paarl Mountain since 1692, is a historic, family-owned winery now managed by descendants of the original Huguenot settlers.
Today’s estate is overseen by the de Villiers brothers, producing a wide spectrum of award-winning wines, particularly their signature Cape Vintage fortified wine, and offering panoramic views toward Table Mountain.
Visitors can enjoy relaxed wine tastings, curated food-and-wine pairings, cellar tours by request, and even explore a permanent display of stone-age artifacts. The estate also offers Bring?Your?Own?Picnic experiences, with on-site glasses and umbrellas provided. A charming self-catering cottage is available for those wishing to stay longer and immerse themselves in the tranquillity of the Winelands.
Landskroon blends centuries-old Cape Dutch charm with modern viticulture, hospitality, and sustainability, creating a memorable and authentic Winelands experience.
